We also collect basic usage data (pages visited, device type) to keep the platform secure and working correctly.

Your information is used only to deliver the service you requested — filing your return, processing GST, assigning a verified CA to your case, and communicating with you about that case.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your documents with anyone outside the CA assigned to your case without your explicit consent.

Documents you upload are encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to your Vault is restricted to you and the CA actively working on your case.
